Coupon not being recalculated

Hi,

Checking to see if this is normal behaviour or if there is a workaround.

Using Able Gold 7.0.8.5078.

A customer has ordered an item and applied a 5% discount coupon + the system has calculated the shipping and taxes correctly.

Customer Service has edited the one item to reduce the price due to price matching.

However, the coupon discount remains the same (calculated from the old price). We can edit the item price, shipping, taxes but cannot edit the coupon discount. The edit button shows but doesn't do anything when clicked.

Recalculating taxes and shipping also doesn't adjust the coupon discount.

How is this done?

Hello Michael,

This issue must have been fixed in a later release. You are using a build that is 2-1/2 years old.

Released: 11/30/2012

I'm not sure when it was fixed, but I just tested on our latest release (Gold R10) and I was able to edit the coupon amount. If you are unable to upgrade, one thing you could try is deleting the coupon and adding a manual discount or credit to the order.
