R9 to R12 Styling help
I'm upgrading a site from R9 to R12. It seems I don't have access to style.css except from the Admin pages and even then, there seems to be a bug where the Extra content does not always save. I tried adding styles to custom.css but they don't seem to take effect. I'm also changing to the new Bootstrap responsive where the names are different, making it harder to move my styles over. Any help or advice is appreciated!!

Update: I am getting custom.css to work now. I had a typo.
