Re: unable to acccess images & assets
Either the folder doesn't exist (easy to check) or it's a permissions problem with your site (not so easy to check). If it's a permissions problem, the ASPNET server user account doesn't appear to have rights to the Assets folder. GoDaddy Tech Support will have to help you with that one.

Re: unable to acccess images & assets
I've had similar happen with a couple of test Able installs and I still don't know why. No one else seemed to be having the problem and my folder permissions were OK. I had to create the missing folders manually. Every time I do a test install, I have to create one folder manually, but I can't remember which one it is now. I think it had something to do with the test data and digital goods.

Re: unable to acccess images & assets
oh, nice. yeah, it was just a missing folder. I don't understand how that didn't copy with everything else. I tried to copy it again just now from the ac7 folder to the server via ftp but it didn't take??? so I just manually created the directories on the server and everything works great now. thanks everyone.
Re: unable to acccess images & assets
Some FTP programs will not create sub-folders when they're uploaded if they are empty. Others will, but only if the option is set in the Preferences of the FTP software.
