We are getting multiple transactions for each purchase to our payment gateway. One transaction is the products in the cart and the second is the cost of shipping. Is there a configuration value that will combine the charges to one charge?
We are using Payflowpro.
Thanks

Re: multiple transactions on purchase
That sounds very odd. Any chance the products are subscription products?

Yes. One transaction is a recurring charge transaction. The shipping is treated as a one time only cost.
